In total there are 20 luxury holiday pool villas. 16 of the villas are on one secure site in a peaceful valley surrounded by hillside and jungle vistas. Two luxury villas, Diamond View and Turquoise View are perfectly placed in a quiet development above and overlooking Rawai Beach and the Andaman Sea. One holiday home, Villa Maria is located with a rubber plantation to one side and a coconut grove the other. The final vacation villa, Andaman View is perched high up on a hillside looking over and across Nai Harn and out to sea. The villas range from 3 – 9 bedrooms and are available for both short-term and long term holiday rentals, with housekeeping on hand 7 days a week with chef, babysitter and driver if desired.

Swimming and bath towels, as well as hotel grade bed linen. Laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer and washing powder) are available at all villas, or alternatively the housekeepers can arrange for laundry/dry cleaning services. The fully fitted western kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee percolator, blender, rice cooker.

All villas have WiFi internet plus phone lines for free local calls, we can also supply a laptop computer if required. All our Phuket holiday villas have large, flat screen TVs, satellite/cable TV and CD/DVD players and iPod docking stations. 'The Villas Phuket' provide baby travel cots and high chairs for the youngsters. Each holiday home is fitted with electronic wall safes.
